Meet Jeff Gloyer
Jeffrey Gloyer, M.Eng, brings over 8 years of specialized experience in pharmaceutical facility design and regulatory compliance to his role as Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Vigor Compounding.
Holding a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Arizona State University, Jeff began his career at an FDA-registered third-party testing laboratory, where he specialized in engineering, facilities design, qualification, and validation under current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards.
Jeff’s expertise in pharmacy design is extensive, having contributed to the development of more than 100 pharmaceutical and compounding-related facilities, including sterile and non-sterile environments and negative-pressure zones for hazardous drug handling.
His work has supported compliance with USP chapters <797>, <795>, and <800>, and includes experience with large-scale projects involving analytical laboratories and FDA-registered outsourcing facilities.
In the realm of regulatory compliance and quality systems, Jeff has helped develop and evaluate operational frameworks aligned with USP, FDA, and other applicable regulatory standards.
His experience also includes cleanroom certification, equipment calibration and validation, and sterile compounding environment oversight, supporting safe and compliant pharmacy operations.
At Vigor Compounding, Jeff applies his knowledge of facility design and compliance to support operational excellence and help ensure that provider programs are aligned with quality-focused and regulatory-conscious practices.
